Making your own Essential Oil Spray

Another super easy DIY that i have seen the shops charge up to $30-40 for!#ripoff

The thing I love about making a spray like this is that depending on the essential oils that you use, it will determine what you want to use the spray for! This one pictured I used calming oils so I’m calling it a sleep/linen spray.

But if you can also make sprays up like a room spray, air freshener spray, owie spray, yoga mat spray, outdoor spray, perfume spray or a focus spray!

Here’s the recipe (that’s smells like absolute heaven) for the nursery:

  • 100ml spray bottle

  • 20 drops Seedling Calm

  • 20 drops Gentle Baby

  • Pinch of sea salt (helps disperse the oils in the water)

  • Top with water

It literally takes two seconds to whip this up, is SO cost effective & I know there’s zero fragrance or nasties in it.

Here are some other fun essential oil spray recipes you can make using the same ingredients as above: water & sea salt!
