Setting the vibe in your home with diffusing oils

 

One of the easiest ways to start using oils is by diffusing. If you don’t know by now, burning candles in your home or using products that contain fragrance are harmful for our health.

The list on the benefits of simply diffusing is extensive - do a quick google search and see why! I love how quickly it can create such a calming atmosphere in our home. Adding a couple of drop of stress away or peace and calming after a long day is one of our favourite things we like to do.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you will know how much I love the aria diffuser. Talk about setting the vibe. We also have a few desert mist diffusers in our home because it has the candle flicker setting which really sets the mood and is great for replacing that candle flicker. The Lucia diffuser is another fave.

I tend to be drawn most to all the woodsy, earthy scents, but I do love a good floral or citrus twist too! Some of my favourite oils to diffuser would be stress away, frankincense, vanilla, Idaho grand fir, sacred mountain, valor, dream catcher, sacred sandalwood, lavender, patchouli and ylang ylang. 

Making the switch to low tox does not need to happen all at once, a diffuser and some pretty smelling oils are a great place to start! Using quality essential oils is super important.
